Image quality & capturing
A model is only as good as its data. We help you to assess your current image and video quality, check if they are fit for model training, and give advice on which type of cameras to use.
Data & AI Solutions: Robust Computer Vision
A picture is worth a thousand words. Using images and video streams, AI vision models can unlock key insights into assets in industry, healthcare, and public spaces.
What is it?
Computer vision is AI that learns to analyse images and video. Trained on examples labelled by experts, it can spot objects, detect damage and measure features in new images. Tailored to your environment, it automates visual tasks such as inspecting assets or counting products.
For an organisation, computer vision turns images and video into useful information. It can automate repetitive inspections, spot issues earlier and help teams make faster, more consistent decisions. That means less manual work and more value from visual data they already collect.

What we offer
A model is only as good as its data. We help you to assess your current image and video quality, check if they are fit for model training, and give advice on which type of cameras to use.
From collecting and labelling images to training, deploying and monitoring models, our Airvision platform brings every step of your computer vision workflow together.
We don’t just reuse generic models; we build dedicated models around your specific task and environment, so you get the best performing models, tuned for your use case.
Your existing tools and processes are enhanced by integrating the models, giving quicker insights into the state of critical assets.
What we’ve done so far
Validated results at our customers showing direct business gain
Case Study
The customer had to manually be on site or had to go through many high-resolution images (~200MPixel) to assess the state of the assets. Each site took the inspectors many weeks to months from start to finish looking for defects on images full-time.
Bespoke algorithms on a self service computer vision platform that can inspect all images in just days, with higher quality, and the capability to generate reports on the fly.
Over 2.5 times faster inspections saving the customer weeks of manual labour and better insights into the state of the assets. The trained AI models find defects faster, more robustly, and with a higher accuracy.

Where it applies
Using state of the art models, give a complete overview of the state of your assets and products with a full reporting functionality.
Counting stock by mounting cameras at warehouse facilities and conveyor belts.
Assisting doctors in identifying and quantifying tissue, organs, and abnormalities from MRI and other medical imaging sources.
What’s in it for you
Make your current asset inspections faster and more robust by automating and assisting inspection processes with image- and video-based inspections.
Integrate the output of the models into your existing tooling and business processes to guide operational decision making.
AI vision models produce robust results and do not tire. Results at the start of the week will be as good as at the end of the week.
The experts behind it

Thomas leads our computer vision work, from camera setup and image quality to models running in daily operations. He helps organisations find where vision adds real value, and stays involved until the solution is part of how the work gets done.

The models are only as good as the data they are trained on. With the right image data and labels, models can reach 95% to 99% accuracy or even higher. We often start with smaller datasets and grow the models from there. Building the data and models is something we always do together with the customer.
If the application can be enriched by image data, using computer vision models can still be a valuable asset. We will start small with the images you already have or define cameras and capturing systems that you can use to get started with gathering image data.
We will take care of that! We have our own managed hardware that we use for the training and running of the computer vision models. Additionally, we can also give advice for hardware that you might need to run the models on premises.
For these types of applications, we can design custom solutions with which you stay in charge where the image data is stored and processed. Compute and hardware can be placed on premises, or the sensitive IP on the images can be anonymised or removed, allowing to train models. Or engineers could even build and integrate the solutions directly into your systems.
This really depends on the use case. If the objects are relatively easy to recognise for people and the capturing conditions are well-constrained (lighting, same objects, same angle), hundreds of images might be enough. More complex applications that also require higher model performance might require close to a thousand images.
Tell us what you are working on. We will get back to you and explore together what data and AI can do for you.
