Within Bos Nieuwerkerk & Heat Matrix there was a need for a central and user-friendly way to quickly find information. Employees regularly had to interrupt colleagues to ask questions about internal processes, safety guidelines, legal matters, the collective labour agreement (CAO) or the house rules.
In addition, Bos Nieuwerkerk & Heat Matrix faced the challenge of retaining valuable knowledge. Information was often fragmented across documents, folders and employees’ heads. This not only made it time-consuming to find answers, but also increased the risk that crucial knowledge would be lost when employees left the organisation.
