As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data infrastructures that enable our innovative AI applications. How exactly this looks will be decided together, as everyone at Datacation has the freedom to shape their own role.
Since you will be active in various sectors, your work is highly diverse and may include:

• Designing and setting up a complete data infrastructure in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including establishing a Data Lake and data pipelines;
• Setting up a Databricks environment;
• Supporting Data Scientists in deploying AI models;
• Visiting companies, brainstorming with clients, and presenting your own ideas and results;
• Mentoring junior Data Engineers and contributing to coding best practices within Datacation.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP);
• Experience with Python;
• Knowledge of best practices such as CI/CD;
• An MSc in a relevant field;
• 3+ years of relevant work experience;
